During our short transit stay at the hotel, we found the convenient location for extended transit to be a major advantage. The hotel shuttle service, although with some limitations on pick-up locations, made it easy for us to navigate to and from the airport terminals. Additionally, the front desk staff, particularly Nick, provided exceptional service by accommodating our late check-out request and ensuring we had a comfortable room after a tiring journey back to the USA. Despite minor inconveniences like noise from adjoining rooms and limited dining options in the area, our overall experience was positive due to the staff's helpfulness and efficient transportation options.

Just stayed near JFK airport. Staff was amazing, super friendly. LOVED the breakfast variety. Indoor swimming pool was better than the photos. Would definitely stay again!

I absolutely adored the soft earth tones and light walls in the hotel's general areas. The decor created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a comfortable and pleasant space for senior people like myself to relax and unwind. The square-patterned carpet in tan, olive, and light blue also added a calming touch to the environment, making it easy for the children of the staff to navigate and feel at ease.

I would have appreciated more clearly labeled signage for the hotel's amenities to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable vacation for senior people.

If there was a cool outdoor pool, it would have taken our stay to the next level. A pool party would've been the ultimate way to kick off the evening and keep the fun going.

The property is close to corporate offices and includes a restaurant/bar, concierge, fitness center, meeting space, parking, and indoor pool.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with private workspaces and printing facilities.
